Patreon is the home of the LRG playtesting community. You can join for free to follow development and hear when new testing opportunities open. If you choose to support LRG as a paid member, you get priority access when playtest slots are limited.
Why Patreon?
We want one place where people can follow the studio, see games take shape, and know when we need players to put new builds through their paces.
Paid Member Priority
Paid Patreon members get first priority when we're filling limited playtest slots. It doesn't guarantee a place in every test, but paid supporters are the first community members we look to.
LRG Invitations
LRG can still invite testers directly when a project needs specific hardware, experience, accessibility feedback, or people whose feedback we trust.
You're not paying to do QA work for us. Priority playtesting is one benefit of supporting the studio. We will continue using free community testers and direct invitations whenever a project needs them.
The Beta Portal Still Handles the Builds
Patreon is where we build the community and announce opportunities. The LRG Beta Portal still handles approved testers, beta keys, builds, release information, and feedback. If you already have a key, keep using it. We're changing the front door, not throwing away the testing system that already works.
